1. General

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of Sherwood Interiors' Services by engaging with our website or services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Sherwood Interiors provides customized interior design and turnkey execution services. This may include design consultation, material selection, space planning, 3D rendering, site execution, and delivery.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services without notice.

3. Consultations & Estimates

All initial consultations (online or onsite) are subject to scheduling and availability. Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may vary after detailed discussions, measurements, or design finalization. Quotes are valid for a limited time as mentioned in the estimate and may be subject to revision based on market fluctuations.

4. Payments & Billing

A minimum of 50% advance is required to begin any design or execution work.The remaining balance is collected in stages: typically 40% on material dispatch and 10% on completion.All payments must be made to the authorized account of Sherwood Interiors. Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension.

5. Project Timeline

Timelines shared are estimates and may vary depending on design changes, material availability, client approvals, and site readiness.We aim to keep you updated regularly on progress.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate site access and timely approvals to avoid project delays. Any major design change requests after execution starts may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, 3D renders, and visuals created by Sherwood Interiors remain our intellectual property unless explicitly released in writing. Unauthorized copying or sharing is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sherwood Interiors is not liable for: Delays caused by external factors (e.g. supplier delays, strikes, or force majeure) Damage caused by third-party contractors not appointed by us Client-induced delays or on-site interventions.

9. Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty on woodwork against manufacturing defects. Hardware and appliances are covered as per respective manufacturer warranties.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a project is canceled by the client after confirmation, any work already done or expenses incurred will be deducted before refunding any remaining amount. No refunds are made once production or site work has begun.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
